Terms of Service

These terms cover blackwoodasylum.com and the Blackwood Asylum Discord bot. By using them, you agree to these terms.

The service

We let you link your Roblox and Discord accounts so we can verify you and give you roles in our Discord server. It’s a free community service, provided as is. We may change, pause or stop it at any time.

Your account

• Only link accounts that belong to you.
• Don’t share, sell or trade verified accounts.
• You must follow the Roblox Terms of Use and the Discord Terms of Service.

Rules

Don’t misuse the site or bot. That includes:

• trying to get roles or access you aren’t entitled to;
• attacking, overloading or probing the site, bot or their data;
• impersonating other players or staff.

Moderation

Staff may remove roles, unlink accounts, or remove you from the community if you break these terms or our community rules. We keep records of moderation actions to keep the community safe.

Liability

We do our best to keep things working, but we can’t promise the service will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we’re not responsible for losses from using it.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we’ll change the date at the top. Continuing to use the service means you accept them.
